Good news |Duvonn successfully passed Jiangsu Province intellectual property management performance evaluation

Recently, the Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province issued the Announcement of the List of qualified units for the first batch of Enterprises‘ Intellectual Property Management Performance Evaluation in 2023, and our company was listed among them. The successful passing of the provincial Intellectual property management evaluation is not only a full affirmation of the company‘s intellectual property work, but also a huge spur and inspiration for the company.   

Our company has established medium and long-term goals as well as annual goals for intellectual property management, and has developed and disseminated the Intellectual Property Management Manual, Procedure Documents, and related implementation records in accordance with the intellectual property policy of "scientific and technological innovation leads development and intellectual property escorts". Since the implementation of intellectual property management standards in January 2020, various relevant trainings have been organized and operations of our intellectual property management work gone smoothly. Currently, the company has applied for 101 patents, out of which 72 have already been authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office. The remaining patents are currently under review. Through effective implementation of our intellectual property management system, both the quantity and quality of our patents have significantly improved. This lays a solid foundation for an independent innovation-based system to protect our company‘s intellectual property rights.

In the future, we will continue to enhance our construction of an effective intellectual property management system: improving employees‘ awareness, standardize all aspects  and strengthen protection over intellectual properties while also raise awareness against infringement on these rights.
